Request Face Masks
UPDATE JULY 21, 2020: We are phasing out direct requests online. Free personal-use masks can be acquired by visiting the Downtown Lafayette Farmers' Market on August 1, 15, or 29. We will be continuing to develop other distribution sites as well. We are working directly with Franciscan and Unity to provide masks in the healthcare sector, and are working directly with school corporations (TSC, LSC, WLSC, and LCSS) and Tools for Schools to provide masks to students. If you are requesting masks for a.) a medical provider not listed above, b.) a not-for-profit organization, or c.) an at-risk person or family without access to the above distribution point, you may email us about your needs at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our masks are made from 2-ply 100% cotton in both adult and child sizes and are free to members of the Greater Lafayette, Indiana community. Masks are distributed first-come, first served, with the exception of the needs of first responders and the medical community of workers. Shipping is not available. Please remember, we are an online community of volunteers working to fill your needs as quickly as possible.
